i usually have that problem too but the second faith ones were ok in terms of toes coming out. however, yea, size 5 was too tight for me too and sometimes I can even get away with a size 4!
the ted baker ones i bought in the end were size 4.

They seemed ok on me, but they are still new so I wont know until I wear them for a good few hours.....
size 6 was too tight for me and size 7 to big, so in the end I just stuck with the size 7's
