LOL I tried both but no one seems to be taking on new patients.....its a huge problem in the GTA. I did find one but he's 30 minutes from home so I was considering a family doctor for the convinience
I guess go with the family doctor and keep an eye out for a new pediatrician.
It is recommended that they see a dentist every 6 months after the first birthday.I actually was not aware of that and found out a few months ago.I asked her doctor when I took her for her 18 mth visit.Someone I know with a 2 yo,just mentioned that her child was showing signs of tooth damage as the dentist told them.It kinda left me worried.Although I know mine hardly eats any sweet stuff or drinks juices etc but then tooth damage can still occur,especially when brushing the teeth is such a battle these days…so that is why I was thinking of getting a regular check up…

Check the site for the Ontario college of physicians and surgeons. You can do a search for docs accepting patients.
