We are trying for a second child after conceiving our first a month after getting married.

I had PCOS then and I still have it now but the only difference is we weren’t even thinking about getting pregnant with the first one when it happened.

Now that the pressure is on (ie: age, pcos, infertility thoughts) we’ve been trying for 3 months but my OB already went ahead and gave me clomid this month.

Anyone out there who has PCOS but conceived easily the first time and can share their experience having the second one?

If you don’t mind me asking, did you know before marriage you had PCOS and did you tell your Husband that before as well.
