I dont know if this decision is right or wrong or done at the wrong moment. I was willing to see Pakistani players denying the offers instead of PCB themselves shunning the doors to them. Now the IPL franchises can say that they were willing to offer Pakistani players, but it was PCB who is not allowing now.
