there are plenty of jobs where they would ask you to shave, look sharp, have hair certain style only
ex promotions, sales, many customer orientated jobs, i know who have been told by their employers to do so...but to the point, in cricket, dont think beard length matters at all...and PCB has not asked this of their players so its not even an issue
