I think cricketers should have the same rights and responsibilities as any regular employee. No employer, to my knowledge, regulates the length of an employee's beard. As long as they are performing their job to the best of their ability (play cricket), and the length of their beard does not impact performance of their jobs, I don't think anyone should have heart burn about the length of the beard. Talking about beard lengths is the same as talking about someone who drinks. Lets keep our focus on cricket, please. If the extra-curriculars do not negatively impact cricket, lets not make a big fuss over it. Else Imran Khan would have been kicked out of the team in 70's.
