hehe Hira yahan per logon ko jazbati speeches nahi samajh ati sorry to say tell them in simple words wot Payaam and Basit are doing:

Guys Payaam is an NGO by the youngsters of Pakistan it is based in ISlamabad and these young ppl r enthusiasticaly serving the poor of our country (volunteers) they hold medical camps and distribute medicines and provide free chekups and free healthy food as well :)…

They r onto such activities for the welfare of our society so anyone of you being outside Pakistan or inside Pakistan can help them in any way u want maybe financially of ur services anything u guys would want
