Wow, this thread is long! Well, once someone asked me if i was a Pathan, i didn’t know if that was a bad or good thing!

Btw, i’m marrying into a Pathan family…my fiance’s half Pathan…i duno much about them…so far just heard that they have bad tempers …any GOOD well-known Pathan qualities?!

And r Pathans Afghani? Cos i’ve heard some ppl refer to themselves as Afghani even though they r from Pakistan too?

good qualities about pathans…hopitality:) , very warm and hospitable folks

in 19th century stupid english rulers decided to part pushtun area in two…drawing the border (durand line, 1893) btw afghanistn and what is todays pakistan, therefore splitting the land of pukhtun in two…therefore some people migrated from on side to the other so "afghan"pathan are pakistanese whose forefathers lived in areas beyond the durand line

Pathan or Afghan mai koie khas faraq nahi hota , Pathan kay pass deemagh nahi hota or afghan kay pass hota ha magar legs mai :p

hmmm offcourse ta pa puktoo ki" wali na " ya “bilkul” yar it depends on the sentence na like if someone asks u that will u go to lahore and u say aoffcourse no puktoo ki ba razi " AO BILKUL NO TASO DA USE KA PA SENTENCE KI AND THEN I’LL TRANSLATE IT FOR U GOT IT?
