ok…either little tummy is sexy…or do more abs..you don’t need a gym ABCD guy to do abs…a good raw but clean, floor and loose clothing…and lying on your back, bended legs, then lift your chest while you keep looking at the ceiling…you should feel your abs working…do it as many time as you can untill you feel the pain in your abs…i do it at home everyday in the morning before breakfast
