first of all build good muscles! lift weight, walk, or even run…do some abs work to get a 6 pack..and it will prevent more fat gain…so to lose fat, i advise you to eat less rice and bread, but more green vegetables and meat/fish to build mucles, and fruits also for the sweet taste insteads of others desserts…and water instead of sweet sodas…
