Agree and what I couldn’t understand in the report is unawareness of the Hindu tenant of Quran. Hindus of Sindh, know very well the alphabets of Arabic as Sindhi is written in Arabic style and they do have opportunities to see that in schools, where Muslim students are taught Islamiyat. Moreover, every nook and corner of Sindh had places (including Mosques, dargahs) which carry Quranic verses and even an illiterate can guess that pages kept separately in a corner are something sacred. There might be some negligence on the accused part, but that doesn’t justify vandalism and people taking law in their hands.

We have also seen people misusing the legislative loopholes for settling their personal scores. I hope the law of the land swings into action urgently and serves the justice without fear or favour.
