The only problem with more parents refusing vaccine is that, not all children develop full immunity after vaccination, however the chances of them getting disease become remote as the disease becomes less, they are not exposed to it. This also protects un-vaccinated kids. But if lot of kids remain unvaccinated there are chances that more kids will be exposed.
