Delete your ‘adult’ texts? Keep your phone clean? I don’t know.. if my mom/dad needed to borrow my phone for whatever reason, I don’t think of it as a big deal.. infact sometimes if I know they won’t have their phone on them, I give them mine so I can know where they are or in case of an emergencey etc (haha I sound like their parent now 
). I don’t think I’d care if they read through my messages or whatever either.. and my phone’s always lying around anyway 
I think you should calm down, clean your phone and you might find your not too bothered if your parents ask to borrow it? Or maybe you should look after your dad’s phone so well that he always finds it when he goes out?
