Re: Panda eyes!!
Most of the time few tricks work:
Sleep enough, not too much. It may cause baggy eyes. Sleep early.
Rub underneath the eyes with ANY cream outward, gently. Not too deep.
keep hydrated, Avoid tea, coffee, or cola in large amount and if you drink those, take a glass of water before or after to keep water in the body.
Check for anemia. Certain days of month aggravate this problem.
Avoid sun, it cracks the skin.
Eat fruits generously, regularly.
Gain just a little weight, too skinny makes skin of face dull if already on darker color.
(Ever seen baby faced person? Their cheeks and skin shine)
Use good moistrurizer on face. Keep it cool.
Some people say do head down position to increase blood flow to face? I think do it but not too long, small vessels may show more or break and leave marks.
Walk in the park or back yard in the mornings on wet grass. Brings fresh feelings all over.
:)
Work on being happy. Both happiness and depression show on the face!
Re: Panda eyes!!
I have extremely dark circles and have had them for most of my life. Mine are definitely hereditary. These are unfortnately here to stay, and trust me i've tried EVERYTHING. From expensive creams, to getting MORE than enough sleep.
The only thing that has helped reduce them are drinking lots of water, getting enough sleep, taking vitamin supplements.
Surgery will not fix this issue, trust me i've looked it up.
Remember not to be VERY gentle with your eyes, as this tissue is very delicate. Always dab this area with your ring finger whenever dealing with it, don't EVER rub it.
Remember cold will help lighten the skin as well. Try one of those gel eye masks. Stick in the freezer and put it over your eyes when you sleep at night.
