According to the trend, that's a cheap place he his building...........Generally, we buy or build homes which is five times our annual salary.........This guy earns 1Billion $ per annum....so by that he should be spending 5 Billion $ for his house ...........but the poor cheapo is just using 1 Billion $ for his house !!
