Title is about pakoray while post 8 refers to it as pakoras.

I'm not going to make any pakoras today, unfortunately. They taste so good but make you feel so thirsty through the day.

Chicken Breast 1 piece
Potatoes 4 to 5
Chillies according to your taste (any or all)
Salt
Mint leaves
Hara dhanya
Zeera and sabut dhanya bhona hua and grinded
chaat masala

Boil chicken and potatoes. Grind the boiled chicked (like qeema) and mash potatoes. Now combine them both and add all spices, as spices, I take, Green chillies, all pisa garam masala, black pepper, red chilli powder and kuti hui red chilli…
also add the rest above mentioned ingredients.

Taste it and adjust the tastes and ingredient according to you.
Now take 5 to 6 tablespoon Gram flour (besan) add khanay ka soda and make its paste. shouldnt be very thick nor thin. Add about 3 pinches salt and 2 pinches red chilli powder.

Now take bread and remove the sides, spread your chicken potato on it (a heavy layer) and cover with another piece of bread, now slice it into two or four pieces.

Now dip your stuffed bread in gram flour paste and fry. On golden fry take it out and serve with podinay ki chatni
