B/c this court has no credibility as an institution of justice & lawyers are not appearing b4 PCO judges. The SCBA and PBA are refusing to recognize them. :D

Ifti had credibility in eyes of public, unlike these pocket pco judges. They have no credibility, and best can be called Mushrraf justices and not the SC justices.

BTW, what would say about this? If you and I had done something illegal we would be in jail. Don’t you thing he should be in jail?

First thing first

  • Ifti has credibility in eyes of his supporters and not public

secondly

  • Exactly, If i break constitution, I will be in jail. Why is not Mush and Ifti in Jail? they both broke the constitution. Mush by breaking it. and Ifti by validating it.

  • If mush broke the constitution, it was IFTI’s duty to hang Mush for breaking constitution…he didnt… and as per my thinking … corrupt judge is more bad than corrupt ruler.

His supporters? And who are they? People of Pakistan were looking up to him for justice...you know the disappeared kind who have been locked up w/o charges for indefinite time.

BTW, if Ifti walks downs the streets of Islamabad he will be welcomed as hero, and if Mushrraf does that people will lynch him. :D

Can you please answer my 2 question which i raised in response to your posting? instead of giving the open statement like "if Ifti walks down ...." etc :)

If Mush broke the constitution in 1999, was not Ifti and his gang were equal partner by validating it and then taking oath on PCO? If Mush should go for the same reason, why not Ifti and his gang too for the very same reason?

Whenever i see Ifti, he reminds me of the urdu saying "900 Chohey kha ker billi Haj ko chali" :)

That's obvious. EX CJ has befriended the terrorists by freeing them, whereas President Musharaf and the Army is fighting them.

So it is obvious the terrorists will target the greatest Pakistani leader since Quaid-eAzam. :)

I have said this before and let me say it again. There is cause effect relationship here which Mushrraf supporters are over looking...or more likely ignoring. Mushrraf staged a coup against popularly elected govt and forced judges to take oath under PCO. So, if there was no coup, there would be no PCO judges.

He broke the constitution by overthrowing it... I am not following constitutional manipulations onwards but I believe the sham govt brought in 2002 endorsed Mushy's rule and accomodated him in constitution.

If Mush says that Ifti broke constitution, why did he not send Ifti to jail? or is it that YOU think Ifti broke constitution?

Musharraf FORCED judges? Excuse me? 6 "Honest" judges REFUSED to take oath on PCO in 1999 and went home, our beloved Ifti saw an opportunity of becoming CJ and took oath on PCO ....simple is that!

First of all, I did not bring in supporters, it was Shamraz who brought "supporter" point in!

Secondly, I have said many time before. LEt me say it once again

Ifti and Mush both broke the constitution, Ifti and Mush both are corrupt but I support Mush instead of Ifti coz in my eyes CORRUPT JUDGE is far big of a evil than CORRUPT RULER. Unless I see any BETTER alternative, I'll keep on supporting Musharraf. Despite not being so called "Democratically Elected", Mush did which was never done in the past by "Democratically elected" ones.

The whole purpose of this drama was to have these cases dismissed.. and missions accomplished... This chamcha supreme court of Pakistan has done what they were asked to do.
