a) You’d have to have some basis to say this particular individual referred to indians as enemies. Otherwise they are not his ‘perceived enemies’.
b) Even if he or his office at some point referred to India as the enemy (which I would be surprised, since Pakistan hasnt referred to India in those terms in a while, and the attorney general isnt a particularly india centered office), he might not consider worshippers at a sikh shrine to be enemies.
c) This is just criticism baraye criticism. Give credit where its due.
