I think it is responsibility of the federal government to disclose and do what is necessary to develop the areas where oil is being extracted. Otherwise it is tantamount to stealing the resources of province.

How can Fed govt force a provincial govt to “develop” areas? Shouldn’t this be a priority of provincial govt to develop the province it represents?
