Yeah Pakistan has any real and old similarities with the northwest of India but because northwest Indian culture has recently become dominant in India Pakis can relate to other Indians too who can now speak Hindi/Urdu, watch Bollywood, listen to same music, wear the same clothes (saari, salwar kameez), eat the same spices in our foods.
Obviously looks wise people all over the Indic Subcontinent people are different because it was invaded and migrated to so many times by so many different peoples the Subcontinentals are a mixed bunch, first was the aborigines, then the Dravidians came along, then the Aryans (amongst who was the Vedic Hindus), then the Muslim peoples…
