imo, there wont be any lawsuit filed against Millatfb, cuz computer coding-programing is not anyones intellectual property, where as in this case as firenze mentioned they have used a template.

the outlook of millatFB is similar but not same, and they are not the time someone mimic FB, i.e. hatebook.

whereas, if FB filed the case then case of blasphemous cartoons and the outrage it caused in Pakistan, FB might have to remedy in return.

FB strategy of no-comment is right on the spot (in fact they are gaining more publicity cuz of it), whereas Millatfb is more like the work of someone who wants to take the advantage of the situation, as their idea lacks originality and it is poorly executed.

Why dont they y just change the name, totally different from Facebook, and also the resembling color combinations and patterns. Let it be a good social networking website with more (& different) interesting features. I'm sure it'll be very popular if they do so.

FB don't have any office or representative in Pakistan/Afghanistan/Somalia/Sudan. So technically they can't file a law suit and neither any entity in Pakistan can do this.

Their core is based on famous Facebook clone available for less then 200$ bucks, a kid can do it. I agree FB receive more publicity in far away area's of Pakistan and Taliban then they can ever imagine..... dad was telling me now even "kam karney wali maai" at home.. knows about facebook.. ..beat that marketers .. :D
