Yet millions of Pakistanis consume dozens of Indian channels on Cable, Movies and Songs on a Daily basis .... Well if u perceive a nation or PPL as a threat u do everything possible to gear for that ..... something that is applicable to every aspect of life ..... Hate americans but would take a visa to US any given time or buy their weapons if offered ..... hypocrisy
Wake up and face the Music ..... if u r internaly strong no one would dare to hand out threats to u ..... the problem lies in the head of the PPL in this country and not across the border .....
Listening to Indian songs and watching Indian Movies is not a sign of friendship or love . Those who listen to Indian songs and watch Indian movies ( and I am one of those ) do not consider India a friend of Pakistan. I will not consider India a friend of Pakistan till Pakistan and India officially agree that Kashmir issue has been resolved and Pakistan and India are starting a new chapter in their relationship and all those Pakistanis who listen to Indian songs and watch Indian movies will agree with me.
Same is true for Indian folks , till Pakistan and India officially reach on a consensus on Kashmir issue Indians can not claim to consider Pakistan as a brotherly or trusted neighbor.
The problem lies on both sides of the border.
First India:
Pakistan was carved out of India , so Millions of Indian specially older Indians have hostility.
Pakistan provided/provides all kind of support for Kashmiries who do not want to be part of India that is a sore point for millions of Indians.
Now Pakistan:
1. India attacked Pakistan in retaliation for support of Kashmiri freedom movement that is sore point for millions of older Pakistanis.
2. India supported insurgency in East Pakistan which resulted in separation of that wing of Pakistan that created hostility in hearts and minds of millions of Pakistanis.
Millions of Indians consider Kashmir issue to be a resolved issue already but millions of Pakistani folks do not consider it a resolved issue.
On international forums Pakistani and Indian leaders and diplomats do not spare a chance to embarrass each other.
There is cold war going on in Afghanistan between Pakistan and India to embarrass or gain stronghold there .
May be we should lock Indian and Pakistani leaders in a room and tell them till you agree on Kashmir issue and sign a real friendship agreement , you will not be allowed to come out. That seems to be the only solution to end the hostilities on both sides of the border.
I read a good solution by some Pakistani journalist that India and Pakistan should freeze Kashmir Issue for 100 years and start a new chapter of relationship , that ought to produce better relationship and better solution of this issue. I agree with that solution.
"I really would love to know what part of your system you see as a model for building Afghanistan... Your corruption free govt, your efficient educational system, your high quality universal health care, your oh so professional police force... What are those lucky Afghans in for?"All of above? (Is this a trick question !*#@%) :)
Lol... Atleast we can laugh at ourselvez...

Correction Mirch Bhai.............
**"India" was carved out of Hindustan, and what was left and right of Hindustan remained Pakistan!
Most of Hindustan was Independant States even during the great Moghul Empire!****
Sir across the border if a great problem they have never accepted Pakistan and its existence they will remain a threat for all time
Yaar who cares what PPL across the border think ..... the Problems are in our back yard .... our PPL r dying on daily basis ..... ripped off basic and fundamental necessities of life by no one else but PPL we elected ourselves ...... When will PPL of this country learn that running with leaders who shout nationalistic/religious slogans will only help covering up the root cause of the problems we face every day
Had any leader ever to face the prospect of not being able to feed, protect, educate his/her children ???? Any i'm not talking about Power cuts, Corruption, injustice etc. (the list is endless)
They won't do anything cause they live a life way beyond such difficulties ...... yet they come into power coz they wanna serve me & u ...... so me & u go on and elect them ..... no tell me who is to blame ???? The one whose profession is to lie or the one who fell for the trap once again ????
Meray Bhai Andar ko theek karo phir bahar ki fiqar karna

Well my Point is and was that either we consider them as Enemy number 1 and treat them as such or we rather have a deep look into what kinda mess we r in .....
To me Enemy number 1 are the internal forces which are hell bent on destroying of what little is left over of civil society ...... recent events are testament to that
You urself said the day both nations became nuke-powers they became harmless to each other
So still focusing on any enemy for which u already have a solution ..... doesn't sound wise to me
The problems lies somewhere where u can't just nuke it away ...... it's in the heads of a good part of the youth in this country ...... ethnic/religious intolerance ..... If this Fire isn't stopped and wiped away soon it'll cause havoc in this country ..... And mind u these who flame it don't come from across the border ...... they live among us ..... that's the most worrying aspect

A nation has internal threats and also external threats it is not just one problem you face it is multiple, both inside the country from foreign forces ask yourself which foreign forces are in pakistan? and you find your answer. External threats are obvious it is nations on the border who not muslim and have history of animosity with you and try to destabilize you.
So you have to be alert to many problems all the time and deal with these problems intellectually and correctly or you fail and the current monkeys in charge of pakistan are failing badly.

Sir enemy we are facing inside in our country is also funded by India so India remain a threat as a matter of fact it has now become a more dangerous one which we needs to get rid off

maybe you should counter my points if you disagree rather than ask to read your point again better for discussion.
OK Maybe u missed it so i emphasize it again.
For a socalled enemy like India we've the Nuclear Option which makes the conventional warfare useless regardless how much sophisticated and outnumbering the opponent is ...... We've planes, missiles and Submarines to deliver the Payload to any target within Asia ..... BTW Mirch said the same ..... now pray tell me do we've a solution or weapon for the internal threats .....
