Pakistani troops deployed to Buner

Re: Pakistani troops deployed to Buner

Do you live in Pakistan?

Do you think US special forces would throw boots on ground?

Do you know how many people are killed in Afghanistan since occupation?

Do you how much area in Afghanistan is under Taliban control?

Do you know how many lives were lost in Iraq with your favorite boots on ground?

Do you know what is called success against an enemy?

Do you think after 8 years of useless war, US succeeded in eradication terror, or fertilized it?

How do you define an animal, one who flogs an individual or one who use dime bombs to kill in hundreds?

Do you believe that life of one innocent is nectar that breads 100 new insurgents?

Do you think we can kill them all, by not killing all of us?

Do you understand what is "Fitna"?

Can you distinguish who is bigger Fitna, talibans or your savior?

Do you care about "life" or you just care about yourself?

Do you believe that dealing with symptoms vanquish the underlying cause also?

Can you compare population of Pakistan and Iraq?

Can you imagine what would happen if same strategy is in place for Pakistan?

Are you Muslim?

If you know the answer to all these question, then you should not be talking the way you talk.

Re: Pakistani troops deployed to Buner

Are you in Bunir ? or Swat or even in NWFP ? .. or lets say in Pakistan?

If the answer is no, you better shut up and stop disgracing our Security Forces, whatever they are, they are trying their best.

Re: Pakistani troops deployed to Buner

I am sure my comments dont disgrace the Pakistan Army in the least. They mock the delayed reaction to this particular crisis.

Do you want us to stop pointing out the disgrace ?

Pakistan troops rush to Taliban-infiltrated area.

Is this the start of ‘Save Pakistan’ mission? Let’s hope so.

Pakistan troops rush to Taliban-infiltrated area - Pakistan - msnbc.com

Pakistan troops rush to Taliban-infiltrated area

PESHAWAR, Pakistan - Pakistani troops rushing to protect government buildings and bridges in a Taliban-infiltrated district just 60 miles from the regional capital were met with gunfire Thursday that killed one police officer, authorities said.
And in the outskirts of Peshawar itself, militants attacked a NATO truck terminal, destroying vehicles and sending a very visual message of their presence.

It was not immediately clear if the gunmen who killed an officer were Taliban militants, but the clash in Buner district is likely to heighten concern about the viability of a government-backed peace deal with the Taliban in northwest Pakistan.

Re: Pakistan troops rush to Taliban-infiltrated area.

Lets hope order is restored with the minimal loss of life.

Re: Pakistani troops deployed to Buner

At this point, they arent going in to attack, they are only going in to defend. This is defensive, not offensive.

Either way, they want to see whether this peace thing works out or not.

In any case, we should celebrate whenever the Taliban do something stupid. It weakens their position, and the peace treaty also looks weaker and weaker.

Eventually, the administration will have to go in with heir guns blazing, with armour and air support as you said. Even an animal would defend itself to the death if cornered, so I doubt the govt and Army will have much choice eventually.

Re: Pakistani troops deployed to Buner

Most of these questions are retarded...

Particularly the one about Fitna... Do YOU know what a Fitna is? If so, define the Talban.

Second, being a Muslim is irrelevant. Pakistan should seek help from fighting the Taliban FITNA if and when it needs it.
The reason for not calling in US help is for entirely different reasons besides them not being Muslim.

Re: Pakistani troops deployed to Buner

I n the past, there r 3-4 incidents, when security forces in the strength of 200-250 laid down their weapons in front of these militants and then our government had to negotiate with these militants to freed them. It was a shame either because our FC troops were not well equipped or they are not well trained or they were less in number. Whatever, it was, it is poor decision making and planning by security forces. May GOD be with these 200 FC soldiers that have been sent to Bunir.

If the situation remains as it is now and the govt does not take a firm decision, sooner or later, the entire world may say that either u finish the militants and if u can not, let us do it for u. What our govt would do then?

Re: Pakistani troops deployed to Buner

Khehkeshan,

*Pakistanis like you give me hope. We need to mount a massive assault on these mullah mofos!

Re: Pakistan troops rush to Taliban-infiltrated area.

We all know what will happen.

Forces will fight, forces will lose.

Peace Deal will concede Buner to the God Squad. Then they'll move on to other districts.

Re: Pakistan troops rush to Taliban-infiltrated area.

What I'm hoping for is that taliban get over excited and try to enter islamabad and in the process get stretched too thin away from their bases and supply lines and are encircled by the army. Then they die or surrender.

Wishful thinking perhaps.

Re: Pakistani troops deployed to Buner

Thanks for the five words answer to all the "retarded" question, though I wonder how a question can be retarded unless asked to one of a kind.

Thanks again for revealing your second identity, otherwise I don't see a justifiable reason to assume mouth piece responsibilities for some one else.

Thanks yet again for not reading my question with open eyes, else you would have not spoken about "Fitna", had you understood that I accepted Taliban uprising as "fitna" to begin with.

Being Muslim might be irrelevant to a non Muslim, but a true Muslim would not ask for help against a smaller devil from a bigger devil.

If you believe that calling in US ground forces will dissolve this issue , you either live in fools paradise or you have no knowledge of history or better yet you don't have any relation or sympathy with Pakistan or people of Pakistan.

Re: Pakistani troops deployed to Buner

^^ Muslims practice their religion more openly and freely in USA than they do in Pakistan

Pakistan's Collapse is a threat to the entire world's security and thus the world has a right to intervene when our pathetic army and government fail to do so

Re: Pakistan troops rush to Taliban-infiltrated area.

^^ they already entered Islamabad....The Red Mosque is already under their control

Re: Pakistan troops rush to Taliban-infiltrated area.

Swat situation is totally different from other parts, Swat problem is their from 30+ years long before the existence of Taliban's. That was the only way to keep the Sufi Muhammad to spread more hatred.

Establishment of Pakistan want two things to be done, before they start full-scale war against thugs, and even use any kind weapons including bio/chem:

1) Clearly identify the enemy, Sufi Muhammad is not, Taliban's are yes. With this peace deal, we can clearly differentiate that it's Taliban's whom we have to fight.

2) Public support is mounting for operation against them, even public is getting ready for casualties on both sides.

As long as these objectives are achieved, i can assure everyone, Pak Army will not wait single second to confront them, no matter how much blood it required.

Appeal to All Pakistani's, give us support we will not let you down :)

Re: Pakistan troops rush to Taliban-infiltrated area.

Remember about Bajour, Baraa? Taliban's are fully defeated their, their supply lines are already stretched out, this will the last mistake they will make by entering the Federal Territory of Islamabad, .. and hopefully they are doing it.

Now wait and see, Margalla Mountains are given under the control of Rangers,

GHQ already issued RO orders.. Soldiers are getting ready and waiting for the attack order, confirm news !

Re: Pakistan troops rush to Taliban-infiltrated area.

Lets say not Taliban, but kind a their mentality people. Can you deny that

Re: Pakistani troops deployed to Buner

Freedom to exercise religion is ensured in the constitution of USA and would be there as long as a huge purge is not required, it might not take long before these rights are abolished, depends entirely when the holographic phantom of terror breath in the real soul and start knocking the door that created it, just wait and see.

Collapse of Pakistan, and I wonder how you people can so easily
ruminate this, is a fallacy created by those who has their eyes on the resources and nukes of our beloved home land, we might have bad Governance, might have crooked political system but that does not mean we should start echoing the words puked by our enemies.

I don't think any scenario of , God forbid, balkanization of Pakistan would pose more threat to "word security" than it posed after the breakup of USSR. Nukes are not one dollar projectiles that can be launched by heating its tail, get real about it and don't reiterate what west is saying, unless you are playing for them.

Re: Pakistani troops deployed to Buner

I will take my chances being a Muslim in USA any day than living in Pakistan

I see it in the facts on the ground. The Army and Govt has retreated from NWFP, then Swat and now Buner. They have no control over Balochistan. They don't control the MQM Gangs. The only control they have is in Punjab.

Well thats because the people of USSR were not suicidal terrorists hell bent on launching global terrorist attacks and giving shelter to foreign terrorists.

A Balkanization of Pakistan would pose a threat to China, India, Iran, Afghanistan, Europe, USA, Russia and Middle East.

And thus the world has a vested interest not to see Pakistan collapse
