No armor? Bunir is a settled area with hefty amount of local police too. I agree with your frustration, why government is not using army or giving shoot on the spot orders to security forces.

The problem: Fear of too many civilian causalities, district like Bunir are very congested.

Learn to respect the mandate of civilian government, General Kiyani have to follow the orders of civilian government no matter what happened, he is just a employee of government, that’s all.

You need to conduct air and artillery attacks to soften up talib positions and then make a push with at least 20,000 troops to stand a chance.

Air Strikes & artillery attacks in cities? Are we living in Uganda or Somalia? Let the government work on the issue, give them some time. The atrocities of last 30 years will not go easily.

Final verdict, i have full belief on Pakistan security forces, they will fight this menace to the end, but they require the full people support, unfortunately we can’t able to give them. Now watch n see the march of Taliban and pray people of Pakistan wakeup.
