No proof at all whatsoever that TTP is being backed by foreign agencies.
And your proof and evidence - Tattoos, Uncircumcised penises, Rupee News, a fake photoshop pic made my a member of another forum as a joke to fool people, and CIA is a spy agency and thus must have spies in TTP and thus must control TTP.
