TTP are at war with the Pakistani State and they have many sympathizers within the Pakistani Military who for years have been brainwashed by Jihad nonsense.
And thats why they were able to break into the Air Base so easily due to insider help.
As for Raymond Davis, he was a contract CIA agent. He was being tailed by two ISI contractors when he killed them when he thought they were a threat to him.
And then those two ISI contractors relatives were given USA visas and the whole issue went away.
How pathetic is that.
