It could have aggravated the situation further as the court has already said that it might examine the letter to ensure if it was written properly.
In that case, there was nothing to prevent Gilani from writing additional letters or meeting directly with Swiss leadership to request that the letter be ignored.
The PM has needlessly engineered a clash with the court.

That's the point. He could have easily gone away with that by just writing the letter as that's all he was asked to do. Gilani was never asked to execute Zardari himself.

Hold on there it's cleared that if PM can't do it in any reason the Attorney general can write so what the he'll wrong with it I'm not defending pm here I'm talking the rules which SC also know but they are not doing it and just for Chodhraht they playing with politicians they have to do a lot lot of pending and important cases in some of them they are saving their saving their dirty A$$es to not involved they are he'll corrupt too.

CJ is political opponent of PPP now. Because he knows JI, IK and lotay backed by estabilishment would jump on this band wagon and trumpetting his biased decision. This biased decision should never be implemented.

Everything is happening to PPP's liking so far. Things are working as per Zardari's (and PPP) script except for the fact that PM was charged a bit quicker than PPP was expecting.
