probably the drama was banned for showing a Hindu girl kidnapped and converted into Muslim. That was played by Shagufta Ejaz (her first serial)

hi. i am big time horror drama lover. i remember a tele play which was called "nahee"and starred arifa sidiqqi as a jinn who befriends a college going girl. anybody knows where i can find it online? plus there was another drama in which a girl returns from her grave and rings her house's doorbell dressed in kafan. it was really scary. i only got to watch half of it, thanks to loadshedding but since that day it never left my mind. if anybody could remember that drama's name, i'll be really grateful :)

well can't remember arifa siddiqui's play which you have mentioned, but for second drama you have mentioned i remember the same scene in drama khaamosh (i watched few episodes of it) starring: nirma, qavi khan, faisal qureshi, rubina ashraf etc so may be it was khaamosh.

thanks for ur quick response. actually the kafan drama was a tele play. the actress who played the dead girl is nadia something from karachi. dont remember her full name. she is cute fair and chubby and did only a few plays. there was another character who was played either by nazli nasr or maria wasti. she was the wife a a guy who dug graves to steal kafans. hope i have given enough details :) so jog ur memories guys!!! :)

The drama name was ‘Darwaza Khula Rakhna’ written and directed by: Parveen Atif (Sister of Ahmed Basheer - Father of Bushra Ansari). Other cast of the drama included Mishi Khan & Zeb Chahdri. Stroy revolves around the revenge of a girl (Zeb Chohdri) from Kailash for death of her sister (Mishi Khan) due to Bewafai of a Shehri Babu, who had to spend some months in Kailash during bad weather and blocked roads in snowy weather… I don’t remember the actor playing Shehri Babu. Zeb Chohdri wanted to harm Humera Arshad (wife of that shehri babu) during her pregnancy through some black magic tricks, but finally forgive the couple.

Does anyone remember that drama, in which a step mom pushes her daughter from balcony and kills her? Then the little girl ghost use to haunt her till she does confession. The girl wore white frock at the time of her death.

i think you are talking about a play from mystery/tele theatre (cant remember the play name) that used to come on stn/ntm…the step mother was played by naila jaffery…the girl used to sing kids poem if u r happy and u know it…cant remember if the mother confesses or dies the same way.

Anyone recall a drama called “The Castle”…or something along those lines…that was supposed to have some sort of “scary” element to it. It starred this guy named Bilal who was a model…he was dreamy.

Thanks alot. Yes now I remember it was naila jaffery. Do you remember long play, that starred imran arooj Khan and Maria wasti. It was based on movie “only you” starring Robert Downey Jr. and Marissa Tomei. It was an Islamabad production.
