That would be awesome if circumstances allowed for make artificial islands along the coasts of Karachi and Gwadar. well maybe not gwadar because that might disrupt the shipping lines, but Karachi definately. :)
Just like Dubai has/is doing now. Ofcourse they have the moolah to do all of it...
