ok,forget the Pakistani id. Can someone at least be naughty enough to tell me of a Pakistani doctor willing to write a medical report for me? Like I said above he must speak English and have a fax machine. I'll pay ther doctor for the time he spends filling in the medical questionnaire from the company I'm looking for work with.
