During Jayalaitha’s tenure she made that law, beef is on open sale in entire south, I have seen it everywhere not in Nothern India, one cannot even think about such thing in north, in jatland there will be riots in such case.
as far hindus are considered they were always dumb, when entire world is communalist they are secular:D

It is best to be the type of secular where no religion is promoted unlike the type of secularism in India where they try to “promote” and equalize all religions.
