India has about 140 million muslims of which about 5% live in Jammu & Kashmir … so you cannot make a claim on muslim being insecure based on what 5% os a group feels.
Bangladesh was almost 50% of Pakistan … when they decided to separate… So you decide where muslims are feeling insecure
