It was nice to see her speak well on the Oscar stage.
She was also dressed stylishly in a East-West combination outfit.
Is she married to an Indian? I believe Chinoy is an Indian name.

Her name sounds like a Gujrati name. There is a sizeable Gujrati community in Pakistan. They are mostly merchants.
Quaid belonged to the same community.

She is a Karachite.. her father Obiad Shaikh died about two years ago and was a renowned towel exporter (Towellers Limited). Her father was a very likable person in the textile exporter community of Pakistan. She is married to Fahd Chinoy (businessman) and is currently a faculty member at SZABIST.

Well, what I am kinda disappointed about is that she received her higher education and training from outside Pakistan. This is like Jahangir Khan getting trained in Britain. They are Pakistanis but Pakistani institutions did not develop them.
But hey, she hopefully will be an inspiration to others fellow Pakistanis.

but some ppl saying she should made docus abt some good things of pakistan rather then these incidents..some criticised her !!

People do great stuff when they are greatly touched by something.
