It is not just indians who “look up” to fair skinned people. But people from all over the world do the same. Tiger Woods didnt have an affair with any black girl, all of them were white. Many people would have thought about this, but nobody has said this openly. Given an oppurtunity, most of the time any individual would opt for fair looking partner.
