Yes, it has been tampered very frequently, and nothing really happened to people who violated the constitution, but most of the time parliament ended up rubber stamping it...including the changes made by Zia and Mushrrafs earlier PCO, but this time Mushrraf says he doesn't the the parliamentary approval. In any case, Mushrraf's supporters should ask themselves how is Mushrraf better or different than previous military dictators?
