The Pakistani kid won't be laughing anymore.

If he is convicted under a hate crime, then he will have a Felony conviction. The Hate crime law will probably double his jail time and he will most likely be charges as an adult. He may be looking at 5years to 15 years in prison.

Whatever the case, he will definetly going to get sodomized daily in prison by Bubba, Redneck Bill and Big Pedro.

Nothing can be stupid enough to deserve someone tampering with your religious sentiments. The sikh kid was only 15. Ask yourself: the most stupid thing you did when you were 15, was it that bad that you would deserve something of this nature?

I feel bad for the 17 yr old paki kid who could be facing jail.. the stuff that goes on in american jails is just horrible, but thats something he shouldve thought about before.

No Hate Crime laws are very strict and have mandatory prison sentences.

This is New York we're talking here. 14-15 year olds are known to have been tried as adults. This 17 year old has very little chance to get away with a slap on the wrist.

yeah just as funny if some gora dragged a muslim by his beard to the mens room and chopped it off, or some girls dragged a hijaban into a stall, ripped her hijab off and then tossed her in the hallway.
