So … what was Bhutto position in Pakistan government when Pakistan became the first country in 1950 who recognized China (People’s republic of China) in place of Taiwan (Republic of China) … started diplomatic relationship with China (PRC) … and stopped recognizing Taiwan (ROC) as China … and stop considering China as occupied land by rebels (Mao’s army)… and that Pakistan did all this in 1950 against the wishes of USA, UN, and most world countries.
Hmmm… am I wrong to say that in 1950 (when Pakistan developed special relation with China) … Bhutto was finishing his law degree in Berkeley University-USA … and was preparing to move to UK to join for Lincoln Inn to become Barrister? … Right?
Well … how about 1971?
Actually, China was not a world recognized country until 1971 as in place of China world was recognizing Taiwan… and was considering China as rebel occupied land. It was in 1971 that China got accepted as member of United Nation in place of Taiwan and got recognized by most world countries as legitimate country … It was then Pakistan also voted for China in UN
And what Bhutto was doing in 1971 … fighting Mujib and planning to break Pakistan so that he can rule Pakistan, right?
