Asim and Afridi showed the rest of the team how to bat. They went out there with a positive approach and are still batting...while all the other batsmen were playing negative cricket and were too nervous out there.

awesome work by the west indians. they sure have shown pakistan batsmen a thing or two as in how to bat. this should be a moral booster for them. :k: pakistan on the other hand, only one word should be enough to describe their performance, disappointing. they basically threw away their wickets by playing some really stupid shots. after looking at 2nd innings score, seems like they have not learned a thing from their mistakes of first innings. this is one dheet team who hardly learns anything from its mistakes.

riding high on back of a odi series win but test cricket is a different ball game. especially when bowlers like shabi who is being badly missed can do some much needed damage to break 'partnerships' which bowlers like gangh sarkar, shabeera and company couldn't do.
it was nice to see yasir hameed again getting out in his traditional style and i don't know where to start with younis bhai's run out???????? khair let's c for how long we can keep the rear guard up tomorrow.
only a thunderstorm and a water clogged pitch can save our lads' backsides' now!

Chance, you are waisting your time friend if you are watching the Test match. Its over when your first inngs is done at 144. This was a golden oppurtunity for Pakistan and they blew it. The players are young and they lack experience may be that’s why the result is so bad. Now Inzi looks lot better than Younis in captaincy and I hope he continues to lead this team until 2007 and the World Cup.
Good Luck for next Test match Pakistan, Inzi can’t do it alone and Yoyo is not there. I hope they win the next Test and go home with a smile.

a spineless (Inzi/Yoyo/Malik) batting lineup with 8 players playing their first test in Carribean was expected to do the same or something a little bit imprvoed performance. We gotta grow up and accept the defeat with grace.

Okay…let us start from here…and try to strategize the assumed lost match towards victory…hmmmmmm
7 players still to bat…Pakistan got 6 sessions or 180 overs…
It must be obligatory that each player plays or stays at the crease for at least some 25 overs…the RR should be the 2nd priority…
PS: Do hit inbetween especially the bad balls but play with caution and great accuray…
