WI is not a confident team and a fine example we are observing. They should have declared with a lead of 450 but they are relucant to do so. I think they will bat this session out and give pakistan 7 sessions to survive.

Our players got out at 144 but bigger mess is that all 10 wickets were dismissed in 2 sessions. That gave windies PLENTY of time to score, block and score. 144 per hee out hona thaa tu aik aur session hee nikaal lete

I wish our team the weather we’ve right now here in Germany (Thunders with Heavy Rain + Bright Sunshine!!!) … i’m as much surprised as many of u ppl with our Batting effort … Saby Praa ur confidence in our Teams ability stems more from a FANatic point of view i guess … It’ll be a big bonus for them if they can strech the Windies into the 5th day 1st. Session … If they Manage to draw this match i’m here to offer u (and all other Optimists) a Lunch/Dinner in Lahore at ur favourite place next time i visit Pakistan Insha’Allah

wot the heck u guys talking about? we threw away our wickets? we took them very easily, didnt plan out our innings. pitch had nothi in it and this sorta that windies got is not big deal. come on i dont think they have got a single matcfh winner bowler. but ya u can say they did work hard to get wickets but again most of them were gifted.
its just another usual pak performance. so dont get all sad here. im sure u guys have got used to such stuff lol

This is not a good sign … not our bowling but our batting was a big let down … no one said we’ll shot them out for 200 or less … but everyone was expecting a bit more spine form the batting … a score of 250 in 1st innings would’ve things in different lights … but oh well … let c how we fare

u know wot .. game is done, well it was over yesterday when pak got out for 144. it was the kinda pitch where scoring 350+ wasnt a tough task.
so hmm we have lost the game. i guess its about time we shoudl start a new thread of 2nd test and discuss the rest of the stuff. :D

^ Although there are still about 7 sessions still, the point being, you don't want pakistan to bat for more than 4 sessions.

It is not a FANatic point of view. I know this match is as good as lost and only a miracle and even bigger effort than Mohali will save us this match. Then our players had to bat one and half days. Here we have to bat at least two days and one session. I am not an optimist person but windies bowling attack is so one dimensional that if we master Edwards, we can frustrate them easily. Remember windies are not used to winning and the more they get rattled, the better.
and if we do that, I will make sure I get a good meal out of your pocket next time you are here
