I have been saying that Razzaq should bat at 2-down
Pakistan reached 200 in the 39th over (38.3 to be precise), which means they scored just 77 runs in the last 11.3 overs. Will that prove correctly in the end?
I actually believe that batting PP should be taken as soon as you have two set & confident batsmen at the crease. Why not take it between overs 30-35? Why teams only take it after 40th over is beyond me because PP or not you are going to hit out in the last 8-10 overs any way

Pak will need to strike early. We won't be able to restrict them hence need to take wickets at regular intervals

To me it seems we are some 20-25 Runs short of what would've been a ideal score to set for chase

again pak wasting the foundation provided by Misbah and Younis...
Agree with you GA - they should start taking PP once both of them are set....and let them hammer the bowling....reach 250 by 40th over.....and let the later batsmen take it to 300 and beyond....

Misbah younis combo is working in the middle so why sent Razzaq at 4 where he does not belong? However, Razzaq can come at number 7 should management feel that they need to let either Shahzad or Hafeez go to accomodate another bowler.
Having said that, yes we should have reached 290 at least considering the platform we had.
