Extremely poor captaincy to send Shoaib ahead of Sami. Management including Miandad must take part of the blame. The last thing required was to hand SA another quick wicket and Shoaib is always likely to do that.

Well if they improved the run rate a bit, we could build a decent lead by tea (i know with kamal gone it doesnt seem probable anymore).
I still feel we should make them bat a few overs before the end of the day and try to get a couple of wickets. With only two days left, a lead of 130+ shoudl be good for now, no?

Yes, i agree with your idea wholeheartedly. But so far Pakistan seems to be playing to a solid strategic plan in this test. Therefore i would like to assume that they have a particular goal in mind that they are working towards.
