Pakistan should play more 'home' tests (5-6 tests per year) in UAE.
England regularly play 7 tests at home during the Summer

I know its too early to say anything about the young players who performed in this match and they will have to proof their worth.
But I hope the parchi system will be buried forever. We wasted a decade on rookies likes of Taufeeq, Farhat, Hafeez, Butt and a barrage of other parchis.

Well done Misbah, we are proud of you :jhanda: As after losing against ZIM, it was hard to believe that Pakistan ll be able to do some fight against SA and now I m sure haters ll say its in middle east so for their kind information, SA has the best record in sub-continent :barbie:

Although not a good excuse (as these players are professionals), SA were a bit under-cooked for this test having not played any competitive cricket since Feb 2013. Expect them to put up a better show in the next test
Against England in UAE in Jan-Feb 2012 only Ajmal and Rehman performed (their brilliance was the difference between the two sides), while batsmen largely failed apart from Azhar Ali and Younis Khan scoring centuries in the 3rd test. Here it has been an all-round team effort with batsmen backing up bowlers, the fielding too has looked quite sharp.
