It is the right decision. Pak need a solid partnership right now after losing those 2 early wickets
UA is too flashy. If he had come in and got out soon after hitting a couple of boundaries, he would have only increased pressure on the other batsmen

I can imagine Hammad Azam coming into his own now, this is his chance. 
The team is in crisis, and if he can keep his cool and play a good knock here, I can see Pakistan winning. He is a good enough player, with more than enough talent to pull it off.
