Kamran Akmal is expected to replace Ahmed Shehzad as the opener for the match against Australia. Asad Shafiq will retain Number 3 position for the game against the Aussies while Umar Akmal will return to the line-up to replace Ahmed Shehzad.

Although I think that is the right step…if anything Akmal is a better hitter at the top than a keeper…

And Asad has earned his spot and make one think of why he was not included thus far…unfortunately PAK team mgmt always learns it the hard way..
