PS: Realistically...I will be happy if Pakistan break-even or come home with an honorable loss...its okay... :)

PS1: SL might have become the world champion if Gilchrist had not used a 'tennis ball' (to get a better grip on the bat) in his gloves while he was batting...

We do not have specialist batsmen except Mohammad Yousuf. Expect another shaky and inconsistent performance from our team.

Mohammad Yousuf will not succeed this time...rather fail...

PS: Cricket is a teamwork...should not depend on one player...

PS1: Had we Razzaq in the team vs Ireland...he might have rescued Pakistan for sure... :)

The absence of Vaas, Murali and Jayasuriya should atleast give them breathing space. Pakistan are without Actor and Younis. Let's see if they can make it count.

Jayasuriya is playing in the series. Its Sangakkara, Vaas and Murali that are not playing & Russell Arnold retired after the WC. At least on paper Pakistan has a better bowling lineup than SL. But Jayasuriya, Tharanga, Jayawardene & Silva are a very potent top 4 lineup.

Its a smaller stadium so lets hope Afridi makes full use of that and makes quick runs coming down the order.
