well you need tv tuner card, cable splitter so that you can split the sat connection one going to your tv one going to your tv tuner card. install it. with any software such as msn, yahoo, etc. you need to pick the tv tuner card as the source of the video... its something like "connextant so n so" if not given by name.
you need to enter the nicks that will view the webcam say 123 is broadcasting and 321 wants to view it without having to wait for the permission as u do on yahoo... u would need to enter 321 user into the list so that everytime he clicks on "view webcam" it turns on with no need to get the permission. :D
there is way to get audio too without getting anything from mic or outside sound but that only goes to one person or more than one if u have conference going on but that can't happen since im at work!!!
