On paper India has the stronger batting. so they start as favourites. Pakistan has the better bowling though
Pakistan's batting is not only inconsistent and erratic but it also lacks quality and depth so chasing anything over 250 'd be hard for us
Spot on ..... For India Plan would be Win the Toss and bat first ... score beyond 270 and choke the life out of an inexperienced top-order ..... the middle order is left chasing a RRR of 6.5 or more and things will sort out themselve
Apart from Afridi (to go by his brilliant knock the other night) and Akmal brother no real threat for India

So what kinda message are we sending across to Shahzaib Hassan. He played 1 game and dropped for Imran Farhat? I thought Afridi had said he wanted to try younger players. Then you stick with them, not for one game. Imran Farhat looks less confident than Shahzaib did against SL.* Why Farhat? I dont get it. *

One of these two should play the sheet anchor role (Butt probably should try and stay right till the end) and the others in particular Umar Akmal, Afridi, Kamran and Razzaq should accelerate. Easier said than done but must look to score around 270-280
