Usually this is what happens in hoem series. Atleats In India. In home series Fimnal eleven is usually selected by selectors.Where as in away series a Tour selection committee is formed which usually consists of Captain,Coach and some senior members.

Because they thought their batsmen might get exposed too. See no one wants to lose this series. All thre wickets are goingtobe like this one and we are looking at 0-0 draw.

Sehwag nahi sudhrega...

I remember reading somewhere (I think in Sydney Morning Herald during the Australia series), somebody asked Sehwag if he applied his mind during batting, Sehwag replied - "If I had to use my mind , I would have taken to chess".

Yeah i have heard that too. I guess it was after his 197 run knock when he got out of trying to hit a six.
I love his approach.

and now Dean Jones and Robin Jackman both scratching their heads wondering why Inzimam is allowing easy singles all over the place to Saqi's bowling. Absolutely no pressure on the batsmen and Inzi is obviously counting on India's batsmen doing an Afridi and committing suicide.
