my thoughts for the series r much like that phrase 'dead rubber'....
really i dont expect anything from these tests....

I don't know about that man. if Sehwag keeps on finding the fence as regularly as he is, there will be a result to this match for sure - and possibly not a favourable one for us.
edit:
12.5 Shabbir Ahmed to Sehwag, no run, that was close! this one comes
back in after pitching outside the off stump, Sehwag offers no
shot, ball misses the off stump by a whisker, Shabbir unlucky
I guess this was a similar ball he used to dismiss Laxman in the 3rd ODI. he's quite good at bowling a potent offcutter.
Multan Stadium looks pretty. They should lower the ticket prices to get more people in. With all the sponsors PCB got for this series, they really dont need the extra 10 thousand dollars from the gates.

chopra has nerves of steel. he is 6/47 and sehwag is 39/48, but he will not be tempted to hit a boundary till tea.

I think Sehwag's nerves deserve appreciation too. I know many batsmen who would get frustrated when playing with a partner as slow as Chopra. Instead, Sehwag just plays his shots and keeps the scoreboard ticking. good cricket.

you're right. sehwag saves our nerves too, imagine if we had 2 chopras or gavaskars as opener.
Razzaq couldn't bowl Boycott's mum out on a seaming paradise, there is no way in hell he's going to get any Indian batsman out on a dead pitch.

The defensiveness of playing Razzaq sends out all the wrong signals. I feel like going back to bed, this is a waste of a Sunday morning. Its bad enough watching this guy bowl in ODI's.
only way we might see a result here is if pakistan bowls out india for less than 400 twice. or if india posts a first innings score of 700 and then bowls out pakistan twice, with no more than 100 to chase on the last day. more likely is a draw with batsmen ruling both sides.
