Match crawling towards a draw......thats fine with Pakistan cause all the pressure will once again be on England in the third and final test.
Catches win matches, Kaneria's miss can be compared to Vaughan miss of Afridi that proved costly for England, similarly Pakistan may have to pay a heavy price.
Dunthoo (Kamran Akmal) straight forward stumping miss of Ian Bell early in the morning set the trend for dropped catches and drooping shoulders.
Inzi has to get his players into action, a lunchtime drubbing (if Inzi can get his mind off food) is warranted to get the players focus back into the match.
Having said that, it is a test match and we still have more than 2 1/2 days of game left to play, anything is possible. Probability favors a draw for this match, works for me..

It will be a major setback for Pakistan to draw this match. They will not get many opportunities to post a large first innings total like 462 and then get quick wickets. Also, they will be without the services of chief destroyer Afridi in the next match. England will go all out for a win in the next game and who knows what will happen if they win the toss and post 500.
Some inspired bowling is all that is needed to bring this game to life, but Pakistan are hardly helping their cause.

Chief destroyer? Hello, wakee, wakee. What ahappened to Butt, Inzi and Yoyo innings? No doubt Afridi’s inning dashed England’s confidence level and any hopes of restriciting Pakistan, but the real foundation was laid by Yoyo/Inzi.
One test down and its effects were very clear on England’s performance in the second test match, they are most certainly under pressure, had it not been Pak butter fingers England wud have been struggling to avoid a follow-on.

People, don't despair. New balls is only 8 or so overs away. Shoaib and Rana will get some movement and make life difficult for the batsmen.

eng winning this test is more unlilkely than pak winnig it which is more unlikely than the draw occuring.

fartguru, definitely inzi and yoyo were crucial but afridi's aggressive touch at the end was what really took wind out of the England sails. He is a foil for England's Pieterson and Flintoff. Without Afridi's contribution, noway we could have made 400 let alone 460. Our top order with the inexperienced Butt, Malik and irresponsible Younis is very brittle.
